blast it that's the second time I've messed up an ambrite weapon recipe purchase

first was using a warhorn recipe on my weaponsmith

this time I bought the focus recipe but apparently my artificer already knows it??? I've had the bug sitting in my bank for ages I can't even begin to fathom why I didn't make the focus already

I definitely don't remember buying the recip
