[RL] I GOT THE HOUSE!!!!!!!!!

I just sent off an email saying I was withdrawing the offer if I didn't get the needed paper work by the 25th, and the he rung me to say he was looking at the paper work we've been asking for!

So everything should go though on Thursday!
