so after a week over poor sleeping, nightmares, and over all fatigue, i just had THE WORST FUCKING NIGHT EVER

i've been awake since 2:30 this morning, in so much pain the whole time that i feel physically fucking exhausted from it now

i want to be able to drink coffee, cuz i'm mind bogglingly exhausted considering i almost fell asleep driving, last night, and now this, but

if i drink caffeine i know it'll make this worse
