[pets] when your tiny little 12 lb chihuahua-terrier needs to go but it's raining outside

attempts to go, mission aborts twice before even stepping out from under the patio roof into the rain

eventually plunges out there andthen darts back in asking to be dried off

Mine will go out in the rain only if I got out with her....under an umbrella. :|
