Today is turning into yesterday. I just want to hide from everyone and everything. I just want to not cry and not be a knot of anxiety.

I keep deleting everything good or bad because it feels like nothing matters and what I say or feel is stupid.

I'm already freaking out about saying that much. I feel so far away from everyone right now.
