I can't sleeeeep

But I'm tired and its 4am so I think we are past the point where I should get out of bed to work on stuff

Honestly, if I didn't ALSO have a headache I would anyway

I make it a rule not to toss and turn in bed

Both because that's time wasted

But also, as I learned from my days of having serious sleep problems, I try not to build any negative associations with my bed

So no tossing and turning for hours - fall asleep or get out.

Except right now, where I am torn because this headache makes me NOT want to get out of bed in the least

boodle boy still awake? Or did you fall asleep
