[net] Our net just completely dropped and unplugging it/plugging it back in did squat. Absolutely bugging mom to call Verizon tomorrow to tell them we need a new router and modem.

We know what's wrong, our modem is dying. It's insured with your company, REPLACE IT VERIZON LIKE OUR CONTRACT SAYS YOU FUCKING WILL.

She called them on Monday but they didn't help much. They told us to reset the modem and it actually ended up making things worse. And the lady talked to my mom like she was an idiot.

I wish Comcast would provide for us out here but they want $3,000 to put their own lines down for it. >.<

They gave us a modem that was decommissioned because the tech was too lazy to give us the right one.

It was reported as "Lost" up until we complained for the 6th time. And then they replaced it with a new one,

I remember Comcast as being good, once upon a time, but maybe I just haven't learned what good is yet XD
