She called them on Monday but they didn't help much. They told us to reset the modem and it actually ended up making things worse. And the lady talked to my mom like she was an idiot.

They gave us a modem that was decommissioned because the tech was too lazy to give us the right one.

It was reported as "Lost" up until we complained for the 6th time. And then they replaced it with a new one,
