so, my DARS counselor just called me, and based on the results of my psych eval, I'm not eligible to receive help from them because they didn't see any evidence of my asperger's or my bipolar... SO,

if I want to go to a psychologist or psychiatrist and get a new diagnosis, that's up to me and my parents.

there's nothing I can do until I talk to my dad though, so shrugs
