Like are they okay with her being twenty because she is not american and so he drinking age doesn't apply OR are they just like "eh she can drink underage, who cares"

I can't find any evidence that they changed locations in translation (like ace attorney)

If anything I would think it's more because we knew her when she LOOKED more childish so it's kinda weird. Though she was older to begin with, it just kinda trips you up.
