My brother brought his guitar, it arrived a day late and the neck is broken this thing is his life, he is really upset.

They have been inside the case, but not left a note re: inspection like they normally do. WTF?

I've had them go through my stuff and jack it all up - and leave no note.

it checked baggage that got lost & delivered late? If so, maybe there's a chance the airline will help out? I know it's unlikely, but worth a phone call. It could be their baggage handlers, not TSA, to blame
