If this person does not put me through to their supervisor right now, I am going to find a way to get through the phoneline and strangle them.

I hate when I have to say that at work. Its usually because whatever manager is on the floor is being a lazy ass and not wanting to take it.

The first part at least is what I get told to say.

They literally transferred me to another associate instead of a supervisor.

I wouldn't be so pissed except I've been on the phone for 2 hours for something that is supposed to be instant

but instead will "take 48 hours"

as will cancelling it apparently

"I'll have to have a supervisor call you, that will take 48 hours."

Oh that sucks. Good luck. I spent most of my afternoon reminding my boss to call a customer back, I feel bad even if its out of my control.
