That is a little disturbing. Whoever thought of that as a generic background thing probably needs some kind of help.

If you install another theme it will get rid of the dog thing.

Click on your icon, go to customise profile, and just under the progress bar there are a bunch of links titled Plurk Templates, Layout freak, Plurk Themes, Plurk Design Layout
