crabcreamchese wontons, sweet and sour chicken, and Hong Kong panfry noodles

and I never know if I'm eating the noodles correctly, because I put a 'nest' of the crispy noodles in a bowl and then pour the sauce over it

It all winds up in your tummy anyway, so however you want to eat it is fine. XD

ahaha, one of my uncles when he was a kid, would take a small bit of everything they were having for dinner, mash it together on his plate and decide if he wanted to eat it based on how it looked, because

that was how it was going to look inside him.

(may also have been one of my great-uncles, I'm not totally sure)
