Strange Pukehina sea creature

See monster? A woman in New Zealand took this video of a sea creature that washed up on the shore. Speculation is rampant that it might be some new kind of sea monster.

But oceanographers say its tooth structure mean it's likely to be an orca, or killer whale. What do you think?
