I woke up once in college due to having a dream that my high school's disciplinarian-type called me to a meeting with him and said in a disappointed voice, "What time is it?"

Which made no sense, until it suddenly registered that, "Oh! I'm late for class!" ...and I woke up with fifteen minutes to get there. Just barely enough time to make it.

But yay, your cat is making himself awesomely useful!
