What to do with bullying?

Empathy and understanding is one of the greatest weapons to reduce bullying. That is why reporting is powerful. If the victim gets helps, bullying will stop.

Bullying has been around for thousands of years. Bullying doesn't just happen to kids, it continues in the workplace and the home.

It's difficult to classify people as bullies or victims, because people can be a bully one moment and a victim the next, and vice versa.

Many bullies who are children are well-liked by teachers and other adults, and so are able to get away with bullying behaviour.
