and now apple care also admits to me they Aren't allowed to give out the link to make Genius Bar reservations ... so I'm spending dozens of minutes looking for this link that doesn't exist and they .. now both their phone and Mac depts confirm apple care just covers costs of damages it's no longer higher level customer service ...
