So my current anime watch list is on break. I just realized that the reason I'm not starting a new series is because the most popular ones are all fairy/knight/magic fantasy shite. Don't even mention reincarnations.

Giving sports anime a try starting with Blue Lock and possibly Haikyuu

Sports anime are the bomb! Those two you mentioned are top tier. If you’re looking for something a little different, check put Tengoku Daimakyo. It’s set in a post apocalyptic world and is some damn proper sci-fi.

Blue Lock so far is exciting.
