it's been the name they've pushed since the season aired

it's in the text of the show and the merch and everything, it's not like rate or puff where it only came to light with the official release

Personally, I just wonder if, if and when we get Suite, we'll have Eren and Ako (normal things people name their kid), Ellen and Ako (same but these were in the fansubs), or Elen and Aco (making the "electric and acoustic" thing more obvious).

im just on the peripherals of this particular season so ive never seen it spelled any other way than 'riko' but i will take your word for it. (the push for everyone to call it by a Very Specific Localized Name like Witchy just always felt dumb to me lfsjhlkhsd)

Witchy is weird because they were also calling it Mahou Girls as the "English version" of Mahoutsukai anyway, what the heck.

At least with Soaring Sky they didn't start calling it something else halfway through but keep Soaring Sky in the logo and keep Hirogaru Sky as the Japanese title.
